This sound bank for Pigments is the result of a research on irrational numbers and their effect on states of consciousness. It relies on the research work of Roberto Zamperini and the application of irrational numbers in the domain of subtle energy. Here Pigments is used as a sampler; indeed the sounds have been designed and rendered as singing bowls with Super Collider from specific harmonics based on irrational numbers.
You can use this sound bank to make ambiant music, and also to design sonotherapy program.
Key tracking has been disabled because the value of frequencies is paramount in this approach. Of course you can enable key tracking is you wish.
This sounds bank contains 14 golden frequencies (golden from the geometrical point of view) derived from Phi and gamma (the “gold number” of gravity : 1.199678640…) :
- 1 frequency to stimulate the root center/chakra
- 1 frequency to stimulate the crown center
- 7 frequencies for stimulating the 7 upper extra-corporal centers (phi ratio)
- 7 frequencies for stimulating the 7 lower extra-corporal centers (gamma ratio)
- 3 experimental patches for stimulating 3 pairs of contiguous lower extra-corporal centers

Each patch relay on the 2 Pigments engines and it built on 5 samples corresponding the various harmonics of the targeted frequency. The macros M1 and M2 allow you to pick a sample among the 5 available in order to tailor a sound that pleasing to your taste.
The sounds has been rendered as a singing bowls for their psychoacoustic effects (relaxation and inducing modified states of consciousness).
