This sound bank for Arturia Pigments is the result of a research on sonotherapy and relaxation. Here Pigments is used as a sampler; indeed the sounds have been designed and rendered as singing bowls with Super Collider from specific harmonics based on various frequencies tuned to the resonance frequency of water (derived from Pr Marc Henry work).
At first designed for sonotherapy, it is also suitable for making ambiant music.
Key tracking has been disabled because the value of frequencies is paramount in this approach. Of course you can enable key tracking is you wish to produce a greater variety of sounds.
This sound bank contains 7 patches for chakras harmonization and 2 patches for grounding.
Each patch relay on the 2 Pigments engines and it built on 5 samples corresponding the various harmonics of the targeted frequency. The macros M1 and M2 allow you to pick a sample among the 5 available in order to tailor a sound that pleasing to your taste.
The sounds has been rendered as a singing bowls for their psychoacoustic effects (relaxation and inducing modified states of consciousness).
